On February 6th at 9 PM, SHIBUYA ANIME BASE (#ShibuAni) #75 was broadcast live on ABEMA. This episode featured guest Yuri Kubo, a singer and voice actress who performs the show's cool ending theme "Poppin Bambi." Additionally, in the Voice Actor Deep Dive Connection corner, a special interview with voice actor Nobuhiko Okamoto was aired.

In the first corner, "My Anime Resume," guest Kubo's anime history was explored in depth, and surprising episodes emerged. Kubo, who started her entertainment career as a magazine model in her first year of junior high school, became hooked on Mobile Suit Gundam SEED, which she watched on a classmate's recommendation around that time, and became interested in the voice acting profession. Although she appealed to her agency saying "I want to be a voice actress," her wish was not granted, and surprisingly, Kubo confessed, "I applied for a scholarship audition at another voice acting agency (while still under contract)..." MC Haraichi Iwai strongly retorted, "But you're already under contract!? You're a dangerous person!"

Kubo admitted, "That's right! I am a dangerous person (lol). I was really wild back then," while reflecting on the incident at the time: "To be honest, after I applied, I got pretty far... I was featured in a magazine as a candidate," and "Then a fan saw it and sent me a fan letter, and my agency found out... The agency was furious (lol)." She even shared the punchline that she ultimately failed the audition, and when she reported this, the agency simply said "I see..." which shocked the studio. She then revealed that she didn't give up on her dream and finally began her long-awaited voice acting career as Hanayo Koizumi in Love Live!
