Dr. STONE Final Season's Final Cour Broadcast Date Set for April 2nd! Advanced Screening Event Also Scheduled for March 21st

The third cour of the Final Season, which marks the final chapter of the anime Dr. STONE, has been confirmed to begin broadcasting on Thursday, April 2nd at 10:00 PM on TOKYO MX and other channels. Furthermore, prior to the broadcast start, an advanced screening event where audiences can watch the third cour earlier than anywhere else will be held on Saturday, March 21st at movie theaters in five major cities nationwide.

Thousands of years after a mysterious phenomenon suddenly occurred, turning all of humanity to stone in an instant. In a world where civilization has perished, a scientific prodigy named Senku awakens with a superhuman intellect. The TV anime Dr. STONE depicts an adventure tale of Senku challenging the Stone World with his genius scientific abilities. The original work is the mega-hit manga Dr. STONE (original story by Riichiro Inagaki, artwork by Boichi), which was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump (Shueisha) from issue 14 in 2017 to issue 14 in 2022, won the "Tsugi ni Kuru Manga Taisho 2018" (2nd place in the comics division) and the "Shogakukan Manga Award" (boys' division), and has surpassed 18 million copies in cumulative circulation.

The first season of the anime Dr. STONE began broadcasting in July 2019.
