Main Cast for the Movie Announced! Comments Have Arrived
■Cid Kagenou / Shadow: Seiichiro Yamashita
The reincarnated form of a boy who admired "Eminences in Shadow" and sought power. While playing the part of a mediocre student at Midgar Academy for Dark Knights, he reigns behind the scenes as Shadow, the leader of "Shadow Garden." He enjoys his self-imposed setting of fighting the darkness of the world. Through the power of the "Black Rose," a gate to another world opens, and he is flung back to his former home—Japan.

It has been nearly two years since "Lost Echoes" was first announced. Of course, there is the joy of saying, "Sorry to keep you waiting!" but producing an anime—especially a movie—is no small feat. The fact that we still have such high expectations is proof of how truly interesting the original work and the anime are.
Thanks to the "Master of Garden" (Kagemasu) game, I’ve been able to hone my skills daily without ever forgetting Shadow, the Seven Shadows, or anyone else. For me, "Lost Echoes" is both a reunion and a culmination. This time, I’ll be performing alongside overwhelming masters... wonderful seniors. We still have plenty of aces up our sleeves.
First, I feel relieved to have finally released this information safely. Please look forward to further updates!
■Akane Nishino: Yui Horie
A former classmate from Sakurazaka High School, which Minoru Kagenou (Cid’s past life) attended. She was once saved by Kagenou while he was hiding his identity during her kidnapping. Since then, she hasn't been able to forget Kagenou, who died shortly after in a truck accident.

I am Yui Horie, playing the role of Akane Nishino. Since I only appeared twice in the TV anime—the first episode of Season 1 and the final episode of Season 2—I was quite shocked when I heard I would be in the movie (lol). I hope you will keep an eye on how Shadow and Akane-chan interact this time!
■Beta: Inori Minase
The second seat of the Seven Shadows in Shadow Garden. An elf with silver hair and blue eyes. She holds Shadow in absolute awe and spends her time writing her own epic, "The War Chronicles of Master Shadow." She followed Shadow and arrived in Japan alongside him.

This film depicts the continuation from the final scene of the second season. Being a movie, I was a bit nervous... but Beta is Beta no matter where she is, so I was able to record with peace of mind. The banter with Master Shadow featured the usual lighthearted misunderstandings, and I had fun acting while thinking, "Ah, this is the one."
You can fully enjoy Beta’s cute and cool sides, and even her eccentric side in this film. Also, since the setting is Japan, there might be parts that feel different than usual. Please look forward to it!
■Yuuka Asakura: Yukari Tamura
An internist working at the "Messiah" clinic, a human stronghold where Akane and the others reside. She also serves as a counselor for those in distress.

This was my first time visiting the "The Eminence in Shadow!" set, and while I started out not knowing left from right, I had a great time participating. Dr. Yuuka is a character who is gentle yet reliable, and she was a very rewarding role to play. I would be happy if all the fans wait for the release with excitement.
■Mordred: Takehito Koyasu
The ninth seat of the "Knights of Rounds," the supreme power within the Cult of Diablos. Known by the epithet "The Fabled Holy Sword." He attempted to rule the Kingdom of Oriana using the power of the artifact "Black Rose," but was helplessly defeated in battle against Shadow. Or so it seemed...

I know what you all want to say. Indeed, I perished in the TV series. So, what does it mean that I am appearing in this movie? I don't know! Whether it’s someone's affection or the workings of a cosmic will, in any case, it looks like Mordred will be seeing you all again! Please look forward to my gallant figure!
