AJ Special Stage: Release Date Set & New Characters Revealed!

Following this, the AJ Special Stage featured a public recording of the official radio show Sgt. Frog’s Kero! to Radio. In front of more than 300 fans, new information about the movie was revealed one after another.

First, it was announced that the movie will be released in theaters on Friday, June 26. Additionally, the designs for the film's original characters, "Aruru" and "Derulu," were unveiled for the first time. Director Fukuda teased the audience regarding the duo: "All I can say is that they are Keronian siblings with a vital role (lol). Please look forward to it!"

Regarding the opening song, Ano shared her thoughts on the recording: "Soshina, who sang with me, actually did a surprisingly good job (lol). The marching band sound is also very cool, so I want everyone to listen closely to that as well." Watanabe added her praise, saying, "Listening to the track, I could really feel how much they love the series."

Finally, the speakers expressed their gratitude and called for the fans' support. The event concluded with the radio show's traditional sign-off, shouted by the entire venue: "Dotsukaresan!" (Good work, de-aru!)
