The official X account for the anime "The Apothecary Diaries" has released an April Fools' project featuring characters making their group debut from a fictional entertainment agency called "LEE ENTERTAINMENT," which has become a major topic of conversation.

The posted content includes a concept movie along with text announcing "Two new units make a shocking simultaneous debut!" The video features stylish visuals, introductions of both the female and male group members, and fully voiced lines from each character.

The female group "bubbles" appears against a pop background based in pink and purple, wearing sporty street-style fashion accented with white, black, and neon colors. The three members—Xiaolan wearing a cap (CV: Misaki Kuno), Maomao in a midriff-baring style (CV: Aoi Yūki), and Shisui with twin tails (CV: Asami Seto)—strike cute poses while saying "Pop your heart! We are bubbles!" In the video, Maomao grumbles quietly, "I got lured in by money and before I knew it, this happened... I've been tricked," while still appealing to fans.

The anime "The Apothecary Diaries" is a rear palace mystery-solving entertainment set in medieval East Asia, where a girl serving as a "poison taster" solves various difficult cases that occur in the imperial court one after another. Maomao, who worked as an apothecary in the pleasure district, is kidnapped and sold to the rear palace where she works as a servant. However, her intelligence and knowledge of medicine catch the eye of Jinshi, a handsome eunuch, and she is selected to serve as the poison taster directly under a high-ranking consort. From then on, she becomes involved in solving troublesome matters brought to her by Jinshi.
