On Friday, March 20 (National Holiday), at 10:00 PM, Say You To Yo Asobi Friday [Tomokazu Seki x Reiji Kawashima] #36 aired on ABEMA’s "Anime LIVE Channel."

In this final Friday broadcast of the season, a special segment titled "Will He Be Praised? Or Zapped? I Want to Show Seki My Good Side One Last Time SP" was held to give Kawashima a chance to earn praise from Seki.

Reiji Kawashima Goes All Out to Impress Tomokazu Seki

This broadcast featured the "Will He Be Praised? Or Zapped? I Want to Show Seki My Good Side One Last Time SP," a segment where Kawashima attempted various challenges to prove his worth. However, it was revealed before the opening that a separate project was moving forward without Seki’s knowledge. The goal was to see if Kawashima—who has often shown a "clumsy" side—could elicit a genuine "Amazing!" or "Great!" from an unsuspecting Seki. Titled the "Challenge to Make Seki say 'Amazing!' or 'Great!'," this high-stakes project fittingly kicked off the season finale.

Seki served as the sole judge for the success or failure of each challenge, with every failure resulting in a "Shock Chair" penalty. Under such pressure, Kawashima first tackled the "Announcement Challenge." Having previously won the "Blunder Grand Prix" at the "Yo Asobi Year-End Party" for being "the voice actor who stumbles over announcements," Kawashima attempted to clear his name by reading an announcement for a fictional anime. However, he made error after error due to a barrage of confusing titles and tongue-twisters crafted by the staff. As Kawashima writhed in the chair from back-to-back shocks, crying out, "Agh! It hurts!" and "It’s too strong today!", the studio was filled with laughter.

In the subsequent "Side-to-Side Jump Challenge," he boasted he could beat a staff member’s record, but only managed an average score. Furthermore, he failed to produce the desired results in the "Cilantro & Natto Challenge" (meant to prove he had overcome his dislikes), the "Seki Scent Guessing Challenge," and the "No-Blink Challenge." This led to a stream of quips from Seki, such as "That’s what happens when you talk big~" and "You’re just begging to be zapped!" Kawashima’s struggle as the constant victim of the shock chair kept the show filled with laughter and excitement from start to finish.
