Next, in the "My Anime Resume" corner—where guests look back at their life through an anime-themed CV—Akaneya’s unexpected otaku roots were laid bare. Originally from Akita, she shared memories of watching "Digimon Adventure" inside a traditional snow hut ("kamakura") at age six and being inspired by "Cardcaptor Sakura" to draw her own shojo manga at age seven.

The studio buzzed when the "High School" section of her resume mentioned "Entering the world of Yume-joshi." Akaneya passionately cited "NARUTO" as the work that "corrupted me in many ways," declaring, "I love finding romance within shonen manga. My favorite is Sai!" She shocked the studio by revealing the extent of her fandom: she used to write her own "Yume-shosetsu" (self-insert fanfiction) involving Sai on her "Ameba Blog."

Akaneya also named her first starring role, "PriPara," as her turning point. She shared a shocking story from the audition that was a "do-or-die" moment for i☆Ris: "The adults threatened us, saying, 'If this doesn't succeed, you guys are finished' (lol)."

In the second half’s "Might Get an Anime?! Topics," the manga "Suberu Tenshi" (Failing Angel), which focuses on student stand-up comedy, was introduced. Akaneya, Shugo Nakamura, and Sora Tokui performed a live reading. After hearing the youth story about a heroine aiming to be a comedian and the classmate supporting her, MC Yuki Iwai (from the comedy duo Haraichi) praised it, saying, "The parts where they aren't funny are realistic and great."

Iwai also shared a secret about the formation of Haraichi: "In elementary school, Sawabe and I were actually going to be a trio with one other person." He then stirred laughter with a sharp, comedian-centric take: "Almost nobody starts comedy aiming to be a solo performer. Most are just 'social misfits' or people who lack communication skills and couldn't find a partner (lol)."

Finally, program assistant Sora Tokui announced some major news. The light novel "The Forsaken Saintess and Her Foodie Roadtrip in Another World" has been greenlit for a 2026 anime adaptation, with Tokui herself starring as the protagonist, Rin (Rin Takanashi).

Discussing the series, which involves summoning a camper van in another world to cook delicious food, Tokui spoke passionately: "The 'food porn' aspect—where the party members eat and go 'Ah, so good!'—is extremely important." She expressed excitement about playing a character who is energetic and loves to eat, much like herself, and the studio congratulated her, with everyone agreeing, "I’m definitely watching that."

Other highlights included a "miraculous" story behind "Yokan no Tochu," the ending theme for "MF Ghost Season 3" sung by Akaneya. Despite contracting laryngitis right before recording, she noted, "The raspy, post-illness voice actually matched the moody vibe of the song perfectly."
