The "Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-" series is based on the popular light novels from MF Bunko J (Original work: Tappei Nagatsuki / Illustration: Shinichirou Otsuka). It is a dark fantasy about Subaru, who is suddenly transported to another world and faces a cruel fate using his “Return by Death” ability to rewind time upon dying.
The first season of the anime aired in 2016, becoming a massive hit that led to a second season and OVAs. The third season was broadcast in split parts: the "Attack Arc" in 2024 and the "Counterattack Arc" the following year in 2025.

Joined by Ram, Rem, and Meili, the challenging journey to the Augria Sand Dunes—the demonlands where the Pleiades Watchtower stands—has begun. However, just as they heard in the town of Mirula that “no one has been able to reach the watchtower for four hundred years,” the distance to the tower strangely does not close at all, even as they fend off witchbeasts with Meili's protection and survive the sandstorm-ridden “Time of Sands.” In response to the gimmick of the dunes that even hindered Reinhard, Ram uses her “Clairvoyance” to search for a breakthrough.
