■Tomokazu Seki Appears as "Seki D"!? Kikunosuke Toya Struggles Mightily with a Barrage of Unreasonable Requests from the Start

In the 2026 season, the MCs are announced during the first broadcast of each day. On this day, Tomokazu Seki and Kikunosuke Toya appeared as the new Friday MCs. The show had an unusual start with Toya appearing alone. Toya showed confusion about proceeding alone from the first episode, as his partner Seki did not appear immediately. Although he expressed his enthusiasm for his first appointment as an MC for Yo Asobi, saying "I will do my best so you can get to know me!", he also looked anxious.

Meanwhile, Seki suddenly appeared disguised as a "Showa-era director," known as "Seki D," and an impromptu meeting started. As Seki questioned Toya about his age and views on work, while making unreasonable demands like "Say it cutely" and "Say it without being cute!", Toya desperately tried to keep up.

Furthermore, during a "Mini Reveal!" segment, there was a moment where Toya confessed, "I have a fissure." When Seki D wrote it on a cue card and egged him on by saying, "Let's have them screenshot this," Toya looked panicked. After that, following up on a pledge Toya had made recently to "perform an original self-introduction gag," he was asked to perform one. Upon receiving an unexpectedly low score of "35 points!", and being hit with follow-up requests like "Another one!", Toya continued to perform gags without flinching, finally earning a high score of "120 points!". When Seki gave him the seal of approval, saying "You passed!", the comment section heated up with reactions like "Toya-kun has a strong mentality" and "Cute lol".

After that, the real Seki joined in and praised Toya, saying, "It's amazing that you could do all that after being asked for so many gags." Toya also said, "I like variety shows and comedy, so I'm happy to be able to do this as an MC," and revealed his enthusiasm for wanting to challenge himself with comedy-focused projects in the future.
