Is even his grumpy mode adorable!? In episode 29 of the anime "The Apothecary Diaries," Jinshi (CV: Takeo Ōtsuka) was depicted showing a "childish side" while pouting at Maomao (CV: Aoi Yūki).

In episode 29, to fulfill a special envoy's wish to "meet the Moon Spirit my grandfather saw 50 years ago," Jinshi, whose beauty is said to be "nation-toppling if he were a woman," performed a dance disguised as the Moon Spirit. For the sake of the performance, Jinshi then jumped into a river and disappeared.

Afterwards, a soaking wet Jinshi reunited with Maomao and complained, "Hey, you're just going to leave me alone after I did as I was told?" With a miffed expression, he declared, "My hair is still wet!" and had Maomao reluctantly dry his hair.
