The exhibition event "Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo Exhibition: DIVE INTO THE BO-BOBO WORLD" has been officially confirmed for Tokyo and Osaka. The Tokyo venue will be held at Ikebukuro Sunshine City Exhibition Hall D from September 30 (Wed) to October 17 (Sat). The Osaka venue will follow from January 8 (Fri) to January 24 (Sun), 2027, at the ATC/ITM Building 4F Special Venue.
"Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo" is based on the gag manga by Yoshio Sawai, which began serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump (Shueisha) in 2001. The story follows the afro-haired protagonist, Bobobo, who uses the "Fist of the Nose Hair" as his weapon. Alongside his companions, he engages in unprecedented, absurd gag battles against the Margarita Empire, which seeks to turn all of humanity bald.
The exhibition title, "Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo Exhibition: DIVE INTO THE BO-BOBO WORLD," features stylish English lettering representing immersion into the world of Bobobo, evoking the feeling of a brand-new type of event for the franchise.
In addition, a teaser visual was released alongside the announcement. It features a cool portrayal of Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo himself—the protagonist, the 7th generation successor of the Fist of the Nose Hair, and the reigning King of Hajikelists. The vivid, colorful afterimage depicts Bobobo performing the Fist of the Armpit Hair technique "Kedamashii (Sparkling)," the same move used to defeat the Hair Hunt Troop's G-Block Captain, Hagen, in the first episode of the TV anime.
