The main PV for the final cour of the TV anime, "Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War - The Calamity," scheduled to begin broadcasting in July 2026, has been released.
"BLEACH" is a sword-fighting battle action comic serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" with over 130 million copies in circulation for the series. The TV anime for the "Thousand-Year Blood War" arc, which depicts its final chapter, began broadcasting in October 2022. Following the third cour, "The Conflict," in October 2024, the final cour, "The Calamity," will air starting in July 2026.
The released main PV opens with a tense battle scene where Ichigo Kurosaki and Yhwach clash. It is a highly powerful video featuring spectacular battle action from various characters, including Kisuke Urahara, Yoruichi Shihōin, the Gotei 13, and Uryū Ishida.
Ahead of the broadcast, it has been decided that Episodes 1 to 3 of the final cour, "The Calamity," will be screened in theaters across Japan for one day only on Sunday, June 21, 2026. In addition to being shown in Japanese theaters such as Shinjuku Wald 9 and United Cinemas Aqua City Odaiba, advanced screenings are also planned sequentially in theaters worldwide, including North America, Australia, France, and South Korea.
Furthermore, at United Cinemas Aqua City Odaiba, screenings featuring a premium stage greeting with a star-studded cast including Masakazu Morita and Noriaki Sugiyama will be held. Advanced lottery sales for the stage greeting tickets will begin on Ticket Pia on Tuesday, May 19, and exclusive ticket sales for members of Tite Kubo's official fan club, "Klub Outside," will also be conducted.
In addition, the production of LINE Creators' Stickers for the third cour of the TV anime, "Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War - The Conflict," has been confirmed. Fan voting will be held from Tuesday, May 19 to Wednesday, May 27, and the scenes selected in the top rankings will be made into stickers. In addition to voting on the special page, posts on X with the hashtag "#BLEACHスタンプ希望" (#RequestForBLEACHStickers) will also be eligible for selection.
Moreover, a special project titled "TV ANIMATION 'BLEACH' THE STORIES," which looks back at each arc of the series since its broadcast began in 2004, will also launch. A special visual has been released, rendering successive illustrations of Ichigo Kurosaki drawn by the original author Tite Kubo into new anime artwork. Along with this, free streaming of the anime on the official YouTube channel, the release of past OP & ED videos, and roundtable interview videos with the main cast are scheduled to be released sequentially.
