——What points did you focus on for this cosplay?
tubatani: I'd be happy if I managed to express Rem's pure and straightforward cuteness through my posing (lol). I also really like the length of the wig's bangs! More photographers took photos of me than I had expected, and I had a lot of fun trying out various poses and facial expressions.
——Your posing was highly charming! By the way, what got you into Re:ZERO in the first place?
tubatani: What got me to watch the anime was a recommendation from a friend! I often find myself liking girl characters with blue hair, so I was drawn to her blue hair and maid outfit. She has a cool side during battle scenes, yet possesses a cute, devoted personality, which makes her incredibly charming!
——Are there any other anime characters you would like to try cosplaying as?
tubatani: Characters like Violet from Violet Evergarden, Ram from Re:ZERO, and Perona from ONE PIECE. I still want to challenge myself with many different things.
——Lastly, please tell us if there are any cosplay events you would like to attend in the future.
tubatani: I want to keep participating in anime cosplay events in the future. My goal is to be active as a cosplayer at big events like the "Tokyo Game Show"!!
