On May 29 (Friday), from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM, episode #87 of “SHIBUYA ANIME BASE (#ShibuAni)” was broadcast live on ABEMA. This episode featured MCs Yuki Iwai (Haraichi), Sora Tokui, and Shugo Nakamura, alongside special guests Minori Fujidera and Tenshin Hantaro, who star in the anime “Ghost Concert: missing Songs.” The program delivered featured segments on trending anime, the latest updates, and an industry deep-dive project.
At the beginning of the show, the conversation turned to an interaction between Tokui and Fujidera, who are senior and junior colleagues at the same agency. While they shared a heartwarming story about going out to eat omurice together, it was revealed that Tokui's life advice to Fujidera was “Be careful not to get food poisoning from oysters (because I suffered from it in the past)”—a piece of advice completely unrelated to voice acting. This revelation left the studio enveloped in laughter.
Next, the show featured a major segment on the anime “Ghost Concert: missing Songs,” currently streaming every Sunday at 24:30 (12:30 AM) on ABEMA, starring Fujidera as the protagonist, Seria Aiba. As part of music producer Noriyasu Agematsu's “GHOST CONCERT” project, the series embodies the concept of “collaborating with historical figures who were not musicians through music.” Tenshin Hantaro highly praised the work, saying, “The songs are so cool.” Reflecting on how she felt when she landed the role, Fujidera recalled, “I was mostly just really surprised,” and added, “Since it's an original work, it was incredibly fun to look at the information in the script and imagine for myself what kind of girl this character is and what the world is like.”
Furthermore, regarding the recording of the theme song “Goukon REQUIEMER,” she shared a detailed behind-the-scenes production story, revealing that they conducted five different key checks beforehand and “recorded in the '+1' key, which allowed me to sing most charmingly as Seria-chan.” She also spoke about the unique structure of the duet songs between historical figures and Seria, which are “a combination of two completely independent, different songs,” expressing how she was overwhelmed by the incredible passion and skill of her senior voice actors.
