On the official X account for 'The Apothecary Diaries' original novel, a photograph of a "folding fan," a new item for the original art exhibition, has been released, sparking a huge buzz.
This folding fan is themed around a design drawn by the character Chou-u in Chapter 9 of Volume 6 of the original novel, using Maomao the cat as a model. The released photograph reveals a vibrant depiction on the white surface of the fan: Maomao, the calico cat, curled up asleep, alongside a temari ball, bright red peony-like flowers, and fluttering butterflies. Wood is utilized for the fan's frame, and a vivid orange tassel is attached to the handle.
