I have been eagerly looking forward to "Walpurgisnacht: Rising" for a very long time. I was already filled with joy and excitement that the time had finally come for me to compose the music, and then I was approached about the theme song. I could not be more honored to spin all the music for this beautiful, nostalgic, heartbreaking, and enchanting movie. Together with the script, storyboards, and the staggering footage that began to move, I enthusiastically grappled with and wove the BGM and the song "Kanata." I didn't want it to be a song that simply provides all the answers. Instead, as a massive fan of this series that I have been involved with for so long, I carefully crafted each and every note, wanting to beautifully send them off into their future. I would be happy if this music adds color as everyone immerses themselves and wanders through "Walpurgisnacht: Rising."
