Usagi is drawing Usagi...! Sailor Moon voice actress Kotono Mitsuishi's hand-drawn potato chip bag receives a flood of praise

On the official X account of voice actress Kotono Mitsuishi, a snack package featuring a drawing of Usagi Tsukino (Sailor Moon), whom she voices in the anime Sailor Moon, was revealed and is becoming a hot topic. Recently, a trend has been booming mainly on social media where people create original packages by drawing directly onto silver snack bags and the like, and this appears to be her take on that trend.

Mitsuishi reported, "To celebrate Usagi Tsukino/Sailor Moon's birthday, I tried drawing a limited-to-one original potato chip package!" and expressed her gratitude, writing, "Happy to look at, happy to eat. It depicts Usagi Tsukino, a clumsy and crybaby middle school student, who meets a black cat named Luna who speaks human language, transforms into a Sailor-suited Pretty Guardian of Love and Justice, and fights monsters alongside her companions. Since it started broadcasting in 1992, it has caused a social phenomenon and boasted deep-rooted popularity across generations both domestically and internationally.
