A collaboration event with the globally popular TV anime ONE PIECE will be held simultaneously at Round1 locations in Japan and North America starting Saturday, July 18. This marks Round1's first-ever attempt at a simultaneous Japan-US rollout with a TV anime content.

ONE PIECE is a work that enjoys broad support across generations not only in Japan but also worldwide. Driven by a thriving IP content market in recent years, its presence has grown even further on a global scale. Meanwhile, Round1 is also expanding its business operations both domestically and internationally, accelerating its growth particularly in the North American market. Amidst this context, alongside ONE PIECE as its story builds toward even greater excitement, this project aims to create a new entertainment experience spanning across Japan and North America.

For this collaboration, a special exclusive illustration for Round1 × ONE PIECE has been showcased. Through designs applied throughout various parts of the stores, the campaign allows visitors to experience the world of ONE PIECE across the entire Round1 facility. The event is scheduled to run from July 18 to October 17, implementing initiatives under the exact same timeframe and concept across both regions: 100 stores in Japan and 59 stores in North America.

A multifaceted range of initiatives will be rolled out, including photo spots, claw machine decorations, prize merchandise such as exclusive plushies and figures, collaboration packages linked with various activities like bowling and karaoke, and the offering of special food and drink menus.

Furthermore, as one of the highlights of this project, the "ONE PIECE CARD GAME -ROUND1 Promotion Pack-" will be produced. It features a completely original lineup of 10 different types and will be given as a gift to customers who purchase items from the collaboration menu.

Comments regarding this project have arrived from Hidetsugu Kawaguchi, President and CEO of Round One Japan, and Mayu Ohiwa, Vice President & Chief of Staff of New Business Development at Round One USA.
