Inside the image, the words "Congratulations on the Anime Adaptation!" are written in a powerful script, with a character possessing a distinct, cylindrical head standing in the center with arms wide open. Surrounding them, main characters including Luca (CV: TBA) holding a bugle are lined up, adding color to this momentous announcement. Furthermore, the illustration includes handwritten comments from both Sora and Tōmori, expressing their gratitude to the fans and their high expectations for the anime.

Currently serialized in "Jump SQ." (Shueisha), "The Bugle Call: Song of War" is a dark fantasy work with story by Sora and art by Tōmori. Set in a harsh world where sound exists as a "power," the story depicts the growth of the protagonist, a young boy named Luca who possesses extraordinary hearing, as he confronts his destiny amidst a gruesome battlefield. On June 30, 2026, its TV anime adaptation and a 2027 broadcast window were announced.

In response to the release of this commemorative illustration, fans raised voices of joy, with comments like "So happy!" On the other hand, because a specific character was nowhere to be found in the artwork, some surprised reactions were also seen, such as "Wait, Ood isn't there...?"
