At the "Chiikawa Odaiba Shoten 22nd Floor Store," where merchandise is sold, customers who spend ¥3,000 (tax included) or more will receive one of seven original hand fan designs at random as a gift. Fans are given at a rate of one per ¥3,000 spent, up to a maximum of seven per transaction; if a customer receives all seven, they can choose either the "7-design complete set" or a random selection.

Note that the hand fan giveaway is available only at the 22nd Floor Store and will end once supplies run out. The event's original merchandise will be sold at the Chiikawa Odaiba Shoten 22nd Floor Store and 1st Floor Fuji TV Mall Store, as well as at the Fuji TV Shop "Fuji-san" Tokyo Station store and the official online site "Fuji TV e! Shop."

In addition, to avoid congestion and for safety purposes, some stores will use the LINE-based digital numbered ticket system "mogily" to control entry. The "Chiikawa Odaiba Shoten 22nd Floor Store" does not require an entry ticket, but since it is located in a paid area, the event's "1-Day Passport" is required.

At the "1st Floor Fuji TV Mall Store" and the "Fuji-san Tokyo Station Store," from Saturday, July 25 to Sunday, July 26, only "advance lottery reservations" will be accepted all day. From Monday, July 27 to Sunday, August 2, "advance lottery reservations" will be available in the morning, while "same-day first-come, first-served reservations" (time-designated entry reservations) and a "same-day cancellation waitlist" will be introduced in the afternoon.

Same-day first-come, first-served reservations can be made by entering within a 1km radius of the designated store and turning on the GPS function on a smartphone. As a common rule across all stores, one numbered ticket is required per person for entry, and only one transaction is allowed per entry. Children of elementary school age or younger or people with disabilities may be accompanied by up to one companion, but transactions are still limited to one per entry.
