The anime "Jaadugar: A Witch in Mongolia" is based on the popular manga by Tomato Soup, currently serialized in "Souffle" (Akita Shoten). The protagonist, Shitara, lost her mother and was taken far away from her hometown, but after being taken in by a family of scholars, she learned the possibilities and importance of "knowledge" and deepened her education. However, after everything was taken from her by the "Mongol Empire", Shitara made up her mind to use her sole remaining asset, "wisdom", to win over the royal family and collapse the empire from within.

[Synopsis]
