Finally, Kobayashi, Takahashi, and Arai provided commentary for Episode 77, "Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-," the final episode of "4th Season: Loss Arc."

In the "Loss Arc," Subaru loses all the memories he has built up since being summoned to the alternate world. While his companions know of his past heroic deeds and trust him completely, Subaru himself has no sense of it, and the story unfolds as he struggles with the gap between his current self and the "Subaru Natsuki" his allies remember.

Towards the end of Episode 77, as Subaru berates himself saying, "I'm a bastard" and "It doesn't have to be me," Emilia asks him, "Please, tell me your name." The cast instantly reacted to how this line mirrored the exchange from Episode 3 early in the series, leading to immense excitement.
