"Armored Trooper Votoms: Die Graue Hexe" Additional Cast Announced Including Shinichiro Miki, Yuki Kaji, Yuichi Nakamura, and Tomokazu Sugita (12 New Cast Members with Comments)

As a Sunrise 50th Anniversary project, the all-new anime feature film "Armored Trooper Votoms: Die Graue Hexe", directed by Mamoru Oshii, will hit theaters nationwide in Japan on November 20. Alongside this announcement, main character details, additional cast members, and a 30-second official trailer have been unveiled.

"Armored Trooper Votoms" is a military mecha anime series that has earned a dedicated following for over 40 years since its original TV broadcast in 1983. Set near the end of the Hundred Years War, this film depicts the drama of soldiers piloting the humanoid armored weapons known as "Scopedogs." Miyuki Sawashiro has already been announced to voice Ash, the "soldier who always survives," while Mabuki Ando voices Maki, the "woman pursuing her mystery."

The newly revealed characters forming the story's ensemble include members of the "Vamps Platoon" who fight alongside Ash, as well as Maki's subordinates. Shinichiro Miki plays Alix Barrack, Maki's direct subordinate, and Yuki Kaji voices Ignis Schweinsteiger.

Furthermore, joining as members of the Vamps Platoon are Yuichi Nakamura as Fritz Gersdorf, Satoshi Tsuruoka as Brunhart Müller, Tomokazu Sugita as Adrian Dysler, and Kenta Miyake as Matt Hummels.

Additionally, Chafurin voices the base commander Soltig van Gunnar, Houchu Otsuka plays Military Police Captain Vid Hildebrandt, and Daisuke Ono voices his adjutant, Meteusz Julian Podolsky. For the AT Maintenance Company, Takayuki Sugo plays Weissweiler, Takahiro Sakurai plays Oliver, and Sumire Uesaka plays Maintenance Girl.
