Master Sergeant of the 601st Fallschirmjäger Battalion.
An AT pilot belonging to the 3rd Company, a penal unit. No matter how harsh the mission, she always returns as a survivor, earning her the feared moniker "The Witch." Since her unit lacks a platoon commander, it is called the "Vamps Platoon" and is made up of problematic soldiers.

Captain of the 808th Independent Propaganda Company.
Dispatched from high command along with her subordinates to the front-line base on Valkyria II to cover battlefield reporting.
However, her true objective is to investigate Ash Vamps, the "unkillable soldier."
To pursue the truth on the battlefield, she also takes to the field as an AT pilot, accompanying the Vamps Platoon on their dangerous assault drop missions.

Sergeant of the 808th Independent Propaganda Company.
Maki's direct subordinate who has shared many battlefields with her, joining her on this mission as well.

Corporal of the 808th Independent Propaganda Company.
Originally belonging to a different unit, he was assigned to Maki's unit for this mission.
His nickname is Schweini.

Private First Class of the "Vamps Platoon."
After causing numerous troubles in other units, he was sent to the penal unit. Obstinate and rough in nature, but possesses exceptional aptitude for piloting ATs.

Private First Class of the "Vamps Platoon."
Granted exemption from his prison sentence by volunteering for the penal unit. A brutal soldier.
