— What did you want to express with this cosplay, and what did you focus on?
Tokine: It doesn't show up much in photos, but compared to the normal Miku, the 2024 Ver. Miku has curlier eyelashes around the eyes, so that's a hidden point of dedication for me. I also tried hard to strike poses like a tour guide.
— Please tell us when and how you first got into Hatsune Miku and Vocaloid.
Tokine: I first got into Vocaloid around 2012, when my cousin introduced me to it. At first I was a big fan of Kagamine Rin & Len, but as I got older that shifted to being a fan of Hatsune Miku. As for the songs themselves, I listen to Vocaloid in general, not just Hatsune Miku.
— Do you have any announcements about your activities, or any cosplay you'd like to try in the future?
Tokine: I'd like to keep doing this as a hobby going forward. I want to cosplay Hatsune Miku outfits I haven't done yet.
— Thank you very much!
Tokine took part in the style of Miku that she says she loves the most. We look forward to seeing which version of Miku she shows us next.
