Musical Touken Ranbu: Kashuu Kiyomitsu Solo Performance "Kiwame" Opens! Stage Photos and Ryuji Sato's Enthusiastic Comments Released

On May 1, 2026, "Musical Touken Ranbu: Kashuu Kiyomitsu Solo Performance Kiwame" opened at Kanadevia Hall. Stage photos from the public dress rehearsal held prior to the premiere, as well as comments from Ryuji Sato, who plays the role of Kashuu Kiyomitsu, have been released.

The Musical Touken Ranbu series is based on the PC browser and smartphone app game Touken Ranbu ONLINE. This solo performance by Kashuu Kiyomitsu, held for the first time in seven years, condenses his journey since the 2015 trial performance. The stage allows audiences to reflect on his personal story as a Touken Danshi while experiencing the history and evolution of over ten years alongside the Musical Touken Ranbu franchise itself.

In this production, Ryuji Sato is involved in the direction alongside Isamu Kayano. The show is structured as a seamless experience, transitioning from the musical part to the live part without an intermission, featuring over 40 numbers including new songs and medleys. This solo performance truly represents the "Kiwame" level—serving as both a culmination and a new pinnacle.

Additionally, live streaming with catch-up delivery will be available for three performances: the 18:00 show on May 1, and both the 13:00 and 18:00 shows on May 25. Furthermore, it has been confirmed that the Grand Finale on May 25 will be broadcast via live viewing in theaters across the country.
