The muscle expansion seen in Super Saiyan Third Grade was already quite significant, but Vegito's inflation surpassed it by far. While in Super Saiyan Third Grade, the changes were focused on the muscles of the arms and legs, in Vegito's case, everything except his face swelled to an extraordinary degree. The breadth of his shoulders, in particular, was unusually wide, reaching the size of about five faces. Even Vegito showed a troubled expression at this.

However, being the mightiest warrior in the universe, he quickly regained his composure. With a smirk, he began to suppress Buu, who had invaded his body, using his energy. His body rapidly returned to its original form, and he successfully expelled the struggling Buu from within.

This scene, in fact, was not depicted in the original manga but was an anime-original moment. Many fans might have been taken aback, thinking, “Is this okay?” upon seeing Vegito's inflated form, which was almost mistaken for a drawing error.
