—— What inspired you to cosplay as Kamen America this time

Yu Kawasaki (hereafter, Kawasaki):  I often gather with four fellow cosplayers for free-spirited photo shoots, and we've talked about wanting to coordinate a group cosplay from the same series one day. Around that time, a video of 'Kamen America' appeared on my social media timeline.

There was a friend who looked a lot like Kamen Ramen and Kamen Victory, so I suggested it, and they were enthusiastic about it. Furthermore, when I showed the aforementioned 'Kamen America' video, another friend who wasn't present said, "You look just like Kamen Comet!" This led to me being cast as the protagonist, Kamen America, through a process of elimination.

It turned out to be a perfect fit for me, which I realized later on... (laughs).
