Furthermore, the new ending theme "Yami ni Goyōjin," performed by Keisuke Yamauchi & Ringo Sheena and announced as the ending theme from the July 6 broadcast, has been released along with new footage. Beginning with the line "Yome toome kasa no uchi..." the video is crafted with an overall dark and mysterious tone fitting the song’s image.

The visuals evoke the mood of the first series and, with locations such as "Yokai Alley" from the fifth series, allow viewers to fully enjoy the atmosphere of different series generations. "Yami ni Goyōjin," unveiled for the first time, retains Yamauchi’s signature feel while featuring lyrics brimming with Ringo Sheena’s worldview—reflected in words like "roughly" and "yearning"—creating a song that marks Yamauchi’s next frontier. There are also references that evoke "GeGeGe no Kitaro," such as "round eyeballs" and "blue fireballs," hinting that this song will be loved for a long time alongside the "GeGeGe no Kitaro" series.

It appears a music video has also been filmed. Yamauchi commented, "It’s dramatic and we put a strong emphasis on acting. Ms. Sheena contributed various ideas, and I believe I’ve been able to show sides of myself that will overturn the image people have had of Yamauchi Keisuke until now. It’s a music video with a lot of attention to detail, so I hope both fans and first-time viewers will take interest."
