Expressing Both Cuteness and Inner Strength... The Transparency Seen in a C.C. Cosplay from "Code Geass"

——What aspects did you want to express through your cosplay this time, and what aspects did you pay special attention to?

Pochipi.: I tried to pose in a way that would convey both C.C.'s cuteness and her inner strength. As for the costume, I made improvements by thinking about how it would look if it were brought into the real, three-dimensional world.

——What do you find most appealing about "Code Geass"?

Pochipi.: I enjoy heavier storylines, so "Code Geass" really resonated with me. Since I hadn’t watched much mecha anime before, I was a bit unsure about watching the entire series, but I was moved by its emotionally gripping story, the characters so compelling that I couldn’t pick just one favorite, its cohesiveness, and the intensity of the battles. Altogether, I found it to be a remarkably well-crafted work. I definitely recommend everyone to watch it at least once!

——Do you have any announcements or future cosplay plans you’d like to share?

Pochipi.: I don't participate in cosplay events that often, but Street Festa was so much fun, so I'd love to join again if I get the chance. I want to cosplay a wide variety of characters, from ones I already like such as Haruhi Suzumiya and Hitagi Senjougahara, to characters I ended up loving after being told I might suit them.
