First, the two reflected on the Season 1 story. From Momo and Okarun’s encounter to the battle with Turbo Granny, they recounted highlights, including Episode 7, which left them deeply moved by its dramatic direction: "It’s not an exaggeration to call it the legendary episode 7," "It felt like a movie," and "Because the art was beautiful, the sadness struck even harder." They spoke about the depth of "DANDADAN," which portrays even the background of the mysterious phenomena.

During the recap of Season 2, a heated discussion erupted about “Jiji” (Jin Enjōji), Momo's childhood friend and first love. Wakayama commented, “He’s personally one of my favorite characters, but from Momo’s perspective, I get the strong sense that their relationship isn’t romantic but rather just friendship, which makes you feel a bit sorry for Jiji.” Hanae responded, “The reasons you fall in love as a kid are pretty simple! But now, I guess it’s Okarun, huh?” hinting at his victory over his “romantic rival.”

Hanae continued, touching on Jiji’s undeniable “cool vibe” and genuine kindness, laughing, “I kind of wish he was more of a jerk!” which elicited laughs in the studio.

The digest for Season 2 also featured a reveal of an important hint about the subterranean Kitō family. Wakayama explained, “There’s a hidden setting that the Kitō family’s gray skin is actually ‘made of rubber-like material.’ The fact that they are ‘secretly subterranean people’ is subtly hinted at through their appearance,” highlighting the care taken by the production staff and impressing fans.
