Episode 22 “Crossroads of the Heart”
【Synopsis】
Having arrived at the crater of Mount Fuji, Yaiba challenges the Dragon God’s trial, using the seven spheres as keys to obtain the Dragon God Orb. Immediately afterwards, Yaiba loses Shōnosuke to a trap at the entrance. When the Dragon God remarks that sacrifices are inevitable in battle, Yaiba is overcome with anger. However, following Musashi Miyamoto’s admonition, Yaiba steels himself, suppresses his feelings over losing a companion, and advances to the next trial. But the Dragon God's trial has only just begun.
