Kanao Tsuyuri (voiced by Reina Ueda), who usually doesn’t show much emotion, displayed an unexpected expression! As Shinobu, the Insect Hashira’s Tsuguko, Kanao typically doesn’t reveal her own intentions or feelings, a result of her traumatic past. However, in episode 2 of “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba - Hashira Training Arc,” she blushed and looked up shyly, finally revealing her true feelings as she said, “Um, um, I want to train more with you, Master…” Smiling, Shinobu responded, “Kanao, you’ve really become able to honestly express your feelings.”
