Q. Not only is the board's quality impressive, but the adorable posing was particularly eye-catching. What do you focus on regarding posing?

A. There's a premise that Tennoji Rina-chan has the smallest height and measurements in the entire Love Live series. Therefore, I try to look as petite as possible while appearing cute by keeping the following in mind:

・Don't face directly forward when shooting
By positioning the body "diagonally" or "sideways," I make it look slimmer. This is also why many women's publicity photos are taken at an angle.

・Basically spread feet about shoulder-width apart and keep knees and waist bent
This makes the head position lower than when standing straight. Since there are people next to me at events, I'm careful not to be thought of as "bigger than expected" due to height differences.

・Be conscious of S-curve poses
I use the technique of bending the body's median line into an S-shape to make the body lines look beautiful.
This is a method frequently used in posing, character illustrations, and figure sculpting.

Regarding posing-related attention to detail, I make large movements when switching poses. The reason is that I hope photographers and people around can enjoy the performance even while I'm switching poses.

Also, I think most participants just watch cosplay photography happening. So that even people who usually just pass by can think "What character is that?" and become interested, I add movements even when not taking photos.
