I can't stop being excited.

I'm really looking forward to seeing how the characters entrusted to david-san, whose action sequences are so appealing, will move on screen.
And supported by the director who gently and lovingly pours affection into the work, and Aikei-san in charge of character design who carefully captures even the finest nuances, I'm already so excited.

I really want to watch the anime on TV for the first time together with all the readers, but I suppose I have to do supervision and such first, huh.
I'll consult about it.

An assassin and a young lady - a story of two contrasting individuals.
Their respective ways of living, delicacy and madness, emotional subtleties and intense battles. And suspense.
I feel this is a profound work packed with many appeals.
Our anime production team is working through trial and error daily so as not to diminish these appeals even slightly.
We will do our utmost with sincerity to meet everyone's expectations, so please look forward to it!

From my perspective, the greatest appeal of Tachibana-sensei's art is its delicacy and boldness.
I believe it's the richness of expression that changes with emotions.
We are still in production while going through much trial and error,
but we will do our best to deliver the original work's appeal as much as possible in the anime!!
