Mitsuishi also energized the venue, saying "The memorable opening was Yoko-san's live performance of 'A Cruel Angel's Thesis.' And perfectly synchronized with the video—I was completely struck by the wonderful production, and got a bit teary-eyed. I think you all feel the same way. For these three days at the Eva Fest, 'Service, service!'" She delivered the iconic line from the 'Evangelion' series.

Yamaguchi continued, "Looking at each and every one of your faces, everyone looks so cheerful and happy, and some are even shedding tears. We have international guests here as well. To be able to stand here with all the cast members including Anno-san fills me with deep emotion." Ishida also commented, "The fact that such a large event can be held for this 30th anniversary has reconfirmed for me the immense power that the work 'Evangelion' possesses."

Tachiki called out to fans, gathering cheers: "What lies ahead is the new world of 'Evangelion,' but I haven't completed myself, and I still haven't completed the history of 'Evangelion' itself, but over these three days, I would like to completely complement 'Evangelion' together with all of you. Please cooperate with us! My heart and soul to you."

Iwanaga expressed enthusiasm: "I came from the Third Village, but it was tough—the world line is different (lol). Today, just like all of you, I want to enjoy the Eva Fest from the bottom of my heart," while Iwao also called out, "To be able to participate in Eva's 30th anniversary like this fills my heart with joy. I hope we can create wonderful memories over these three days."

Nagasawa revealed her feelings about her costume: "I'm so happy about the 30th anniversary that I wore a kimono designed by my beloved, beloved Moyoko Anno-sensei," and then Yūki said, "It's rare for me to stand before everyone as Makoto Hyuuga from 'Evangelion,' so I feel I've been given a wonderful opportunity." Yamadera also energized the venue, saying "For voice actors, it's no exaggeration to say that everything depends on what works you encounter, what characters you meet. I love the work 'Evangelion' and Ryouji Kaji. In that opening video earlier, I was counting on my fingers, 'Ah, there's Kaji!' in those detailed images. I love it that much."

Finally, Anno greeted: "The fact that the TV series I created 30 years ago has become a work deserving of such a large-scale event fills me personally with deep emotion. I truly think it's all thanks to everyone. Lastly, the only regret is that Motomu Kiyokawa-san (Kouzou Fuyutsuki) is not here with us. Thank you very much for today." At last, "EVANGELION:30+; 30th ANNIVERSARY OF EVANGELION" opened.
