The currently streaming anime "Chainsaw Man" is based on the manga by Tatsuki Fujimoto, which has surpassed a total circulation of 34 million copies. The story begins when the protagonist, Denji, makes a contract with the Chainsaw Devil, Pochita (CV: Shiori Izawa), and is resurrected as "Chainsaw Man" with a devil's heart. After the TV anime aired in 2022, the movie "Chainsaw Man The Movie Reze Arc," released in September 2025, surpassed 10 billion yen in domestic box office revenue within 103 days of its release. Production of the sequel, "Chainsaw Man Assassins Arc," has also been confirmed.
