"Yowamushi Pedal" Hits 100 Volumes! Commemorative Fair Starts May 8 with Exclusive Illustration Cards

Animate has announced that it will host the "Yowamushi Pedal Vol. 100 Commemorative Fair in Animate," featuring a wide variety of special events and projects.

This series is a road racing manga by Wataru Watanabe, currently serialized in "Weekly Shonen Champion." It is a highly popular work that follows Sakamichi Onoda, a high school student who loves manga and anime, as he meets friends in the bicycle racing club and grows through the world of road racing. With five seasons of the TV anime, as well as stage play and live-action film adaptations, the series continues to be beloved by fans, and Volume 100 of the manga is set to be released on May 8, 2026.

Various other initiatives are planned, including an X (formerly Twitter) campaign where winners can receive "Not-for-sale posters," as well as in-store decorations and exhibitions.
