Riko Akechi (as Rinna Milford Isshiki)

During recording, there was a moment in a casual conversation where I noticed a new side of myself. The experience of interacting with someone and discovering a new part of you is truly irreplaceable. I came to feel this even more as I watched Rinna, who used to be like iron, encounter "love" through her relationship with Meishi and begin to grow. On top of that, Rinna-chan is a very special character to me, as she helped me fulfill my dream of "playing a titular character." I hope you will join us in watching over her while wishing for her happiness!

Congratulations on the anime adaptation of "Isshiki-san wa Koi o Shiritai"! I was incredibly happy when I was entrusted with the role of Meishi Rokutanda! Right from the first recording session, there has been a wonderful energy, and we are creating this work in an atmosphere that makes it feel as though we've already been working together for a whole cour. I wonder if this is the power that the work "Isshiki-san" inherently holds...!? I hope we can deliver all the fun times and heart-fluttering moments shared by Rinna and Meishi to all the fans.
