An official announcement regarding a special train takeover project was made on the official X (formerly Twitter) account of the smartphone game "Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade," gathering major attention online.

According to the released information, the "Yamanote Line Phantom Parade Train," in which the title takes over one train set on the Yamanote Line, began running for a limited period from June 1st to 15th. This project was organized to commemorate the "Phantom Parade 2.5th Anniversary" and has drawn the attention of many fans.

The posted images allow viewers to see how the actual train cars look. Large, summer-themed advertisements are displayed next to the doors on the exterior of the train cars, featuring the smiling protagonist Yūji Itadori (CV: Junya Enoki), Megumi Fushiguro (CV: Yūma Uchida), and others wearing aloha shirts. Furthermore, the inside of the train is completely filled with visuals from the series, spanning hanging advertisements, digital signage above the doors, and even the walls.

In response to this overwhelmingly large-scale train takeover, many fans on social media fixed their passionate gaze on it, with comments full of surprise and excitement pouring in, such as "The Yamanote Line has such an amazing Jujutsu Kaisen vibe!" and "Phantom Parade has dominated the Yamanote Line." Moreover, the beautiful and cohesive design received high praise, with comments like "The atmosphere is really nice" and "Does Tokyo really have such a happy train running?" along with a succession of fans wanting to visit in person, saying, "I want to ride this train!"

"Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade" is the first smartphone RPG based on the blockbuster hit comic and TV anime "Jujutsu Kaisen" (Original Story by Gege Akutami). In addition to a feature that allows players to relive stories such as the first season of the anime with newly recorded, full-voiced dialogue, it also implements game-original stories depicted from the perspective of each character. Through high-quality graphic command battles, players can organize their own teams and engage in battles to exorcise cursed spirits. The game is free-to-play with in-app item purchases.
