It has been announced that the first episode of the TV anime "Kaiju Girl Caramelise" will begin broadcasting sequentially on TBS and other stations from 1:28 AM on the night of July 2. Along with this, the second main visual, main PV, theme song information, and further updates on related projects have been released.

This work is a romantic comedy based on the manga by Spica Aoki, currently serialized in "Monthly Comic Alive." It depicts Kuroe Akaishi (CV: Hikari Senga), a high school girl suffering from an unknown illness, who falls in love with Arata Minami (CV: Daishi Kajita), the most popular boy in school, and transforms into a giant kaiju named Harugon the moment her romantic feelings heighten.

The newly unveiled second main visual depicts Kuroe with a slightly listless atmosphere against a fantastical landscape. The second main PV illustrates the beginning of their love story and their complicated, intertwining environments, creating a video that raises expectations for the upcoming story development.

Theme song information was also announced; the opening theme is "Otome Kaiju" by METANICK, and the ending theme is "Otome no Honki" by HoneyWorks feat. Hakoniwa Lily.

Furthermore, updates on the "Ama-melise! Kuroe Kawaii Project," which highlights the protagonist's charm, were revealed. As the third phase, a collaboration illustration by Spica Aoki and character designer Mitomi Nakayama will grace the cover of the "Monthly Comic Alive August 2026 Issue." As the fourth phase, a web radio show hosted by Hikari Senga, the voice of Kuroe Akaishi, will begin streaming in July.
