[Photos/Images] Eve's Illustration of Qifrey from "Witch Hat Atelier" Sparks Amazement: "Too Talented at Both Singing and Drawing," Original Author Rejoices, "I'll Display It and Pray to It" 1st

On the official X account of singer Eve, an illustration he drew of Qifrey, a character from the anime "Witch Hat Atelier" for which he performs the opening theme song, was released and is currently causing a stir.

The published post is accompanied by an illustration along with the text: "I drew Master Qifrey. Please continue to support 'Anthem of the Wind' along with the anime." The image depicts Qifrey, clad in his white pointed hat and cloak against a vibrant blue background, touching his neck with his left hand. From the space behind him, multiple eerie, black shadow-like hands stretch out, creating a piece that exudes a beautiful yet somewhat dark and ominous atmosphere.

"Witch Hat Atelier" is an anime series based on the classic fantasy manga by Kamome Shirahama. It depicts the growth of Coco, an ordinary girl who longs to be a witch, after she meets the wizard Qifrey and becomes his apprentice, learning the secrets of magic under him. The intricate, beautiful artwork and the profound world-building that logically explains the mechanics of magic have garnered high praise both in Japan and overseas.

In response to Eve's post, fans flooded the comments with astonishment at his talent, saying things like, "Y-You drew this?!", "He can draw, write lyrics, compose music, create original concepts for manga and novels, and sing... What can't he do?", and "Um, seriously, is there anything you can't do? This is too amazing." Furthermore, the original author, Kamome Shirahama, also reacted via a quote repost, sharing her excitement: "Isn't it just mind-blowing that we live in a timeline where Eve draws Master Qifrey...?! I’m going to display it in the highest place in my house and pray to it every day."
