TV Anime "Hanaori-san Still Wants to Fight in the Next Life" to Premiere on Saturday, July 11! Special Live Stream Featuring New Anime Info Scheduled for Late June

The TV anime "Hanaori-san Still Wants to Fight in the Next Life" is scheduled to premiere on Saturday, July 11, 2026. It will air on ABC TV and TV Asahi's nationwide network of 24 stations in the "ANiMAZiNG!!!" programming block, as well as on BS Nittele and AT-X.

The original manga is the latest work by Hekiru Hikawa, creator of hit series such as "Pani Poni", and is currently serialized in Kodansha's Morning Two. The story is a romantic comedy about a former Demon King and a former Hero: Ryūsei Narukami, a shut-in who spends his days gaming but was actually a Demon King in another world, and Meteor Hanaori, the Hero who once defeated Ryūsei and is now a high school girl.

A special live stream, the first for the franchise, has also been confirmed for late June. New information about the anime will be revealed just ahead of the broadcast premiere. The stream will feature talk segments by the voice cast, with further details to be announced at a later date.
