The TV anime "The Greatest Magicmaster's Retirement Plan" will be directed by Yūsuke Suzuki, known for the "Duel Masters" series and "This Monster Wants to Eat Me." The series composition will be handled by Gigaemon Ichikawa, known for "Jobraver: Tokusō Gattai Robo" and "Himitsu no AiPri." The character design will be by Yūki Kitajima, who served as an animation director for "Wonderful Precure!" and the "Laid-Back Camp" series. The sound director will be Takatoshi Hamano, known for "The Fragrant Flower Blooms With Dignity" and "Idolish7." The animation production will be handled by HOTLINE.

New Prequel Manga Series Begins
To commemorate the TV anime adaptation, a new manga series depicting Alus's prequel story, "The Greatest Magicmaster's Retirement Plan Zero -Hajimari no Hishi-roku-," which connects to the main story, will also launch.
This work depicts the story before the protagonist Alus Reigin enters the "Second Magic Academy." It reveals his harsh journey and unknown past, showing how he came to be known as the "world's strongest Single Magicmaster."
