On the official X account for the TV anime "Jaadugar: A Witch in Mongolia," a project titled "Broadcast Commemoration! Support Illustrations" has been posting anime-adaptation tribute illustrations from the original creators of various manga works every night, drawing a strong response from fans.

The project features an all-star lineup of manga artists, each drawing the series' protagonist Sitara in their own distinctive style, accompanied by celebratory messages posted night after night. Kicking off with Tarachine John ("Credits Roll Into the Sea") on the first night, the lineup continued with Okushima Hiromasa ("Baban Baban Ban Vampire") on the second night, Kanno Aya (Requiem of the Rose King) on the third night, Takase Waka ("Ane no Tomodachi" and "Matsurika Kanriden") on the fourth night, and Konari Misato (Nagi no Oitoma) on the fifth night — a truly stellar roster. From a cool, realistically proportioned Sitara to an adorable, deformed rendition, each artist's distinct style, paired with heartfelt messages of support, has further heightened anticipation for the anime's broadcast.

"Jaadugar: A Witch in Mongolia" is a historical anime based on the manga by Tomato Soup. Set in the 13th-century Mongol Empire, the story follows Sitara, a girl who had been living in a city in Iran, as she loses everything to the Mongol invasion and is taken captive into a harem, where she fights to survive using "knowledge" as her weapon while plotting her revenge. The meticulous historical depiction and gripping human drama have won praise from fans. The TV anime is set to begin broadcasting on July 4 at 11:00 p.m.

This lavish, night-after-night support project has drawn delighted reactions from fans, including comments such as: "Wow!! The creator of a manga I love is drawing a support illustration for another manga I love," "It's interesting to see an approach where the Jaadugar characters are drawn with realistic proportions," and "So cute."
