When the MC asked, "Is this anyone's first time attending an anime event?" about 70 percent of the audience raised their hands. In the warm atmosphere created by the many fans who had come to their first anime event because of this series, the first segment of the show was the "Garden Party Special: Scene Recap Live Dubbing Spectacular!" The cast condensed the anime's most memorable scenes and performed live dubbing right in front of the audience.

The retrospective began with Season 1. From Episode 1, "Maomao," came a series of memorable scenes that marked the story's beginning, including the moment Maomao — newly arrived at the rear palace — has her rare knowledge and insight recognized by Jinshi. Next, from Episode 3, "The Ghost Panic," came the exchange between Maomao and Gyokuyō, accompanied by a live performance of the insert song "Soufuu" by Yuiko Ohara. As the animation played on the screen, the audience settled deeper into the world of the series. Then, in Episode 24, "Jinshi and Maomao," the scene shifted to the Season 1 climax between the two characters. The audience watched intently, drawn in by a moment that captured the bond the two had built through everything they had experienced together in the rear palace.

After the Season 1 live dubbing segment, Yuki praised Otsuka's performance, saying, "Looking back on it again, it had been a while since I'd heard Jinshi's voice from when he was still posing as a eunuch, and I really felt how great the chemistry was." Otsuka happily reflected on the audience's reaction as well: "There's rarely a chance to revisit Season 1 in such depth like this. Seeing how much everyone was enjoying it was honestly the best part."

Tanezaki expressed her delight at hearing Maomao's memorable line "This is poison," commenting, "It made me nostalgic, realizing this is where it all started." Yuki added, "I was happy to hear Gyokuyō's line, 'I'll have you become my lady-in-waiting,' performed live." As the cast reminisced about their Season 1 memories, they joined the fans in enjoying the story's origins together.

With the glow of the Season 1 retrospective still lingering, the next segment was an event-original stage reading based on the April Fools' Day special The Apothecary Diaries: School♡Diaries. Set at the private Rihoa Academy, the story followed the characters through a world with a different flavor from the main series, drawing excited anticipation from the crowd.

For the matinee performance, the story "Xiaolan and Shisui's Snap Solutions to the School's Seven Mysteries" unfolded, following Xiaolan and Shisui as they worked to solve the academy's seven mysteries. Seeing the two act as sharp-witted detectives — a side of the characters not usually seen in the main series — filled the venue with laughter.
