The next day, DAY2 opened with ALI performing the Season 1 first-cour ending theme "LOST IN PARADISE" for the opening live, before moving into voiceover introductions from a new lineup of cast members. Sugita, making his first Jujufes appearance that day, said, "I'll do my best today so no one can accuse me of being boring," while Yusa said, "Since my character has really only appeared amid family squabbles, I'm deeply honored to be invited to such a glamorous occasion." ALI's LEO also shared, "I got to be the leadoff act! I love Jump and have always read the main magazine, and I remember struggling with the gap between the story in the magazine and the characters dancing in the anime's ending especially, but I was also greatly saved by it. I'm once again grateful that those dancing characters became a kind of 'paradise,' or 'youth,' for all of you."
In the first half of the Jujutsu Kaisen Music Relay, which had also greatly excited the crowd on DAY1, the DAY2 cast delivered numerous lines fans had been hoping to hear, including Maki's "Call me big sister, little sister" and Okkotsu's "That's rude. It's pure love."
In the first half of the "Jujudemy Award" that followed, Uchida, who plays Fushiguro and won the "Only He Could Say That Line Award," shared his impression of the line: "I felt that phrasing it that way would leave Itadori with no choice but to act, and I think it came from a feeling that, precisely because of everything that happened in the Shibuya Incident, he couldn't be allowed to stop." Sugita, who plays Higuruma and won the "Good Adult Award," commented, "After my first recording session as Higuruma, Sakurai, who had already finished his part, stayed behind in the studio, and I remember him saying, 'So that's the direction Sugita's going with it,'" revealing an episode from recording alongside Sakurai, who plays Geto/Kenjaku.
Komatsu, who plays Maki and won the "Award for Holding a Reed in the Beak," looked back on Maki's state of mind: "I felt like the moment had finally come. Being nominated for the Jujudemy Award makes me think it must have reached something in everyone's hearts, and getting to record this scene with real feeling made me feel like it was all worth it." Yusa, who plays Naoya and won the "Astonishing Longing and Obsession Award," commented on the character he portrays: "It was a scene that really conveyed just how straightforward Naoya's feelings are — it moved me, honestly (laughs)."
DAY2 alone also featured a live performance by Takada-chan, the tall idol Aoi Todo passionately supports. She gave a special live rendition of "Saikocho☆Jumping!" Takada-chan spoke of her joy at collaborating with Yuji and the others, saying, "It was so much fun!" When Matsuzawa remarked that the tough scenes leading up to it had left him needing some encouragement, she responded, "That's right. I was watching from backstage and nearly burst into tears myself, but somehow my heart got all pumped up, and I felt like I just had to sing for everyone! Thank you! Tan-taka-tan~☆" This was followed by "The Enormous Turnip" in the "Jujudouwa" corner, which also featured Naoya's and Nanami's famous lines, delighting the audience.
A surprise video also arrived from Subaru Kimura, who plays Todo, for the "1st Jujudemy Award: My Best Todo Category," and as the venue was wrapped in excitement, the second half of the "Jujudemy Award" began. For the "Kyakuseki Shinsain Tokubetsu Shou (audience judges' special award," debate heated up over which of Panda, Datsuto, Ko-Guy, or Mechamaru most deserved the "Award for Wanting as a Pet." Seto, on Team Datsuto, commented, "There's the joy of there being so many of him, and the gap between that and his surprisingly sharp, serious-looking face."
Sugita, whose pick of Ultimate Mechamaru won the award, commented, "Everyone, retreat! We're starting over," drawing laughter from the crowd. Also discussed was Nanami's line "You're already a jujutsu sorcerer now, Itadori," which won the "Award for Guiding the Protagonist" and which Tsuda himself said he felt strongly about; Tsuda shared his thoughts: "It felt like a memorable scene where the real relationship between the two of them began." Seto, who plays Kugisaki, looked back on the line that won the "Thrilling Award": "It must have been a shocking moment for Nobara too, but I thought it was just like her to choose the word 'accomplice' in that situation." Uchida, who plays Fushiguro and won the "One Word of Resolve Award," spoke about Fushiguro's resolve: "I think it's the moment his mindset shifts from 'it's over if I die' to acting with the resolve to accomplish it even if he dies." The audience was seen listening closely to this kind of valuable, event-only talk. Then, in the "Special Staging Award," which had also proven popular on DAY1, Itadori's conflicted scene from after the "Shibuya Incident" was shown to the Season 2 opening theme "SPECIALZ," leaving the audience breathless for a moment.
As the event finally entered its final stretch, the second half of the Music Relay began. Covering the story from "Shibuya Incident" through "Culling Game," this half featured a scene truly symbolic of the "Shibuya Incident" — Nanami and Kugisaki each speaking their words to Itadori — sending the venue into a huge frenzy, and the crowd was swept up in emotion as Hitsuji Bungaku performed a live rendition of the Season 2 ending theme "more than words."
When Matsuzawa asked what scene had stood out to her while making the song, Moeka Shiozuka shared her feelings about the track: "When I was writing it, I drew on my own circumstances and connected with the overall feeling of the strength you get from having comrades. I used to say my favorite character was Mechamaru, but after watching the movie I got so much energy from it that I switched to being a Todo fan… (laughs). The scene where he draws on Takada-chan's power to fight left a real impression on me, so I was so happy to get to see Takada-chan's live performance today." The event then looked back on "Culling Game" through lines symbolizing Naoya's character and scenes capturing Higuruma's inner conflict, before closing with jo0ji's live rendition of "Yoake no Uta," marking their second day performing at the event.
On DAY2, fresh information was also unveiled, including details on the Gege Akutami Jujutsu Kaisen Complete Exhibition, various game updates, and new illustrations and visuals, raising the audience's anticipation. The final live dubbing performance was then delivered to "Kaikai Kitan." In the closing remarks bringing the two days to an end, the cast offered words of thanks to the fans, and the event closed to great success.
Enoki: "Having so many people come out today made me want even more to deliver the next part of the animation as soon as possible. Thank you so much!"
Ogata: "The visuals are of course wonderful, but I can also feel, in so many ways, the care and dedication everyone involved in this work puts into delivering it — I feel so happy to be part of a work like that. Thank you so much!"
Uchida: "Having the anime loved by so many people for its 5th anniversary is truly something to be happy about. Thank you so much!"
Seto: "I was so happy to celebrate the 5th anniversary in such a lavish, wonderful space together with everyone here who loves Jujutsu Kaisen so much. Thank you so much!"
Komatsu: "It's been a while since I last took part in Jujufes. If there's another chance, please come and join us again! Thank you so much!"
Tsuda: "I'm truly grateful to be able to meet all of you again like this as Nanami. Thank you so much!"
Sakurai: "Performing across both days, I really got to feel how much the atmosphere of the event can change with a different cast and different characters, and I enjoyed every bit of it. Thank you so much."
Yusa: "Thank you all so much for today. I was a little worried about whether appearing as Naoya would fit the mood, but I had a great time doing it!"
Sugita: "When you stand at a crossroads in life, I'm sure you'll have plenty of regrets and reflection, but what matters is not letting yourself break. Thank you so much."
Kurosawa: "Since when it comes to love, I'm Special Grade, I want to keep living happily together with everyone from here on! Thank you so much for today!"
