The chaotic imagery of their "unconscious regions" as depicted in episode 4 of the TV anime "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Mugen Train Arc" drew laughter from viewers, with reactions like "Scary, scary, scary, scary lol" and "They're just too unique…".

The TV anime "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Mugen Train Arc" is a re-edited work based on the 2020 film "Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Movie: Mugen Train" with new episodes and additional content. In episode 4, Tanjirō Kamado (CV: Natsuki Hanae) and his companions are put to sleep by the power of Lower One, Enmu (CV: Daisuke Hirakawa), and demonic underlings invade their dreams. The plan is to kill the Demon Slayer Corps members by destroying the "spiritual core" located in the unconscious realm.

Inosuke’s unconscious region appeared like a cave. As the demonic underling girl struggled to make her way along the rocky terrain, she muttered, "That creepy boar-naked guy is so weird, honestly...". Behind her loomed Inosuke, drooling. Although she was supposed to be the attacker, she ended up being ambushed by Inosuke, which sent her fleeing in terror.

On the other hand, Zenitsu’s unconscious region was shrouded in darkness. As the underling boy fumbled about, unable to see anything, the metallic "shakin" sound of blades rang out from somewhere. When he turned to look, there was Zenitsu brandishing a giant pair of scissors, his eyes wild: "Why is a guy in here? You damn pest!", "The only one allowed in here is Nezuko-chan!" As expected, Zenitsu also went after the underling, chasing him around.
