During the interview, she also touched upon Maya’s character and her relationship with Tatsuya and Miyuki. "This film also serves as a reveal for the mysterious atmosphere these two siblings share, so I wanted to perform Maya in a way that makes the two of them stand out even more. The story of her past being depicted this time is a heavy one, but I feel it serves as one of the answers as to why she has such a distorted perspective. Because of that, I think I was also able to express a bit of the 'distortion' within the two of them."

Regarding the difference between playing Maya in the TV anime and in this film, she said, "When she first appeared, she gave off the impression of a high-ranking, mastermind-like figure. But by playing her this time, I could see her humanity, and I felt like I was able to get closer to Lady Maya, so to speak.

In the past, there wasn't much room for emotion in my performance, and I used to wonder about her apparent obsession with Tatsuya. This time, those parts became clear to me, like finding the missing pieces of a puzzle. I feel that Maya is easier to play now after having performed her in this film," she said.
