It has been announced that the manga "The Bugle Call: Song of War," currently serialized in Shueisha's "Jump SQ.," will be adapted into a TV anime and begin broadcasting in 2027. Along with this, a teaser visual and a teaser PV of approximately four minutes have been released.

Based on the manga of the same name by Mozuku Sora (original story) and Higoro Tōmori (art), this work is a story depicting a boy named Lyuka, who dreams of becoming a musician, as he "sprouts" a special power and grows through encounters with his companions.

The animation production will be handled by "CA Soa," a new animation production studio under the CyberAgent Group headed by anime producer Masakazu Ogawa, making this work the studio's very first project. Shinya Watada will serve as director, with Michihiro Tsuchiya in charge of series composition, Michinori Chiba handling character design, and Shirogumi in charge of CG production.

The background music will be composed by Hitomi Kotō, known for her work on the TV anime "Sparks of Tomorrow" and other titles, creating tracks that incorporate live instruments. The released teaser PV depicts Lyuka's encounters with Zoe and other "branch-possessed" girls, as well as their growth amidst conflict, creating a video that fuses Shirogumi's CG action with the background music.
